Behavioural Scientist. Stand-up Comedian. Change Expert.

Kate brings 15 years of experience as a People Scientist and change expert — working with Microsoft, LinkedIn, Deloitte, Insights and Mind Gym. She holds a Masters in Management & Organisational Behaviour and a Higher Diploma in Leadership & Career Coaching. Her comedy focuses on human behaviour and has taken her to Electric Picnic, the Paddy Power Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe.
