Kate is a Behavioural Scientist and stand-up comedian. She founded Toucan HQ to bring levity and longevity to learning.

Kate has 15 years of experience working as a People Scientist and Consultant for Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Deloitte.

She holds a degree in Business & Sociology, a Masters in Management & Organisational Behaviour and a Higher Diploma in Leadership and Career Coaching.

Her comedy focuses on human behaviour and has led her to perform at Electric Picnic, The Paddy Power Comedy Festival and The Edinburgh Fringe. Kate combines behavioural science and creativity to help companies with:

Clara is a Sport & Performance Psychology professional with 17 years of experience applying sport psychology to the world of work, in Europe and Australia.

She holds an Msc. in Sport Psychology and worked for many years as a lead facilitator for Leading Teams in Melbourne before working as a Principal Consultant at Culture Amp - helping clients to evolve their cultures for the better.

She is also a lecturer in Sport Psychology, specialising in the science of motivation.

Lisa is the founder of Lisa Regan PR and an expert in the art of crafting communications that change behaviour.

As well as being a regular contributor to RTE radio, she lectures in Communication Strategy at the University of Limerick and the University of Galway.
